The photographs shown on the website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the delivered product.

Article 2 – Price

Product prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes.

ULU Bijoux reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Article 3 – Order

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the website.

Article 5 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

ULU Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition.
